Itinerary

Day 1- MALAGA AIRPORT – GRANADA – 130 Km

Arrival in Malaga; meet and greet by the Gamma Tours guide and transfer to Granada. Accommodation at the hotel and overnight

Day 2 – GRANADA – City tour

During your visit to the Palace of the Alhambra, designated a World Heritage Site, please pay special attention to the “Nasrid Ceramics”, which you will also see in the Museum. Then go on to visit an artisan, specialised in the recovery of the Hispanic-Arab ceramics style. Return to Granada. Overnight

Day 3 – GRANADA – CORDOBA – 225 Km

Visit an artisan who makes reproductions of the famous “Jugs of the Alhambra”. In the town of Ubeda, you visit the Museum of Popular Pottery. Next visit will be to an artisan that makes the Traditional Ceramics of Ubeda, which includes elements of Nasrid or Hispanic-Arab style ceramics. In Andujar you will visit a family artisan workshop, where you will witness how some hand-made objects are created.

You leave towards Cordoba. Overnight.

Day 4 – CORDOBA – SEVILLE – 150 Km

Cordoba’s highlights are the Mosque – Cathedral and the Jewish Quarter that you visit. In the Archaeological Museum, you can see some mosaics from the Roman times.

In a small town, you visit a couple of pottery and ceramic makers who are working in an artisan way. These visits are always enjoyed for all visitors.

From there you leave to Seville. Overnight.

Day 5 – SEVILLE – City tour

Visit Seville’s most important highlights. In the Alcazar, monument designated a World Heritage Site, you will see some decorative ceramics of the Nasrid style. Visit a small Palace to find 500 square metres of marvellous ancient mosaics and ceramics. The Archaeological Museum houses samples of ceramics and pottery from the Neolithic to Roman and Tartessian periods. Overnight.

Day 6 – SEVILLE – JEREZ – CHICLANA – COSTA DEL SOL – 350 Km

Visit one of the most important Sherry wine cellars in Jerez. After a short drive, visit one of the oldest doll factories in Spain. See the whole production process of these porcelain dolls.

Continue to Costa del Sol. Overnight.

Day 7 – MALAGA AIRPORT AND DEPARTURE

Time at leisure till the appropriate time the transfer to the airport and departure to your next destination.
